Design Check List

The materials and file formats needed to create your web site:

PHOTOGRAPHS
Please send regular photographs in jpeg format.  Please indicate if you have any strong preferences where an image should be cropped, etc. If a photo is to be digitally airbrushed or other photo effects applied, please explain what you wish to have done. Photographer's proofs must the permission of the photographer.  That is your responsibility.

SCANNED IMAGES
If your photos are already scanned, they must be at least 200 dpi high quality scans no smaller than 600 pixels wide in RGB true color format saved to either JPEG, TIFF, or Photoshop PSDs. Scanned images may be mailed on a PC compatible CD, or you may email your images no more than 2 at a time with instructions attached to each email. (We cannot use Macintosh formatted materials.)

TEXT
Your text or 'copy as I call it' can be easily emailed with double line breaks between paragraphs. Text may also be sent hand written or typed, but an additional charge of $27.00 per hour may apply for formatting or typing.  If you have several areas of text, please indicate which area each piece of text belongs with or what webpage. Or, you might title each piece according to the page name within the subject of the email. 

LOGOS
If you are currently using a brand or logo, please send a clear copy.

COLOR PREFERENCES
If you have a definite color scheme or preference, please let me know.  OR if you see a website you like, please email us the link so we can get an idea of your tastes.
